List Job Posting Statistics

You can view various statistics related to postings directly from the Job Posting List.

Here's how:

1) Click the Job Postings tab.

2) View any list of postings. For example, click List Active Postings.

3) The statistic columns are listed to the right. Their definitions are below.

The definitions for the statistics columns may be altered by AppliTrack support staff. The default definitions are below.

Date Filled: This is a "type in field" which may be altered from this list (just type the cell and then click Save Changes) and from the Main tab within a posting (look in the Office Use Only section).

TimeToFill: This column lists how many days it took to fill the posting. The calculation is DateFilled - DatePosted. If the DateFilled is blank then today's date will be used.

AppCount: This column counts the number of completed applicants for this job.

MinorityCount: This column counts the number of completed minority applicants.

FemaleCount: This column counts the number of completed female applicants.

MaleCount: This column counts the number of completed female applicants.
